Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine/butter blend, melted
1 cup flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk, 2% lowfat
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups peach slices, peeled
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Melt margarine/butter blend in 8x12 baking dish. Sift together flour, 1 cup of sugar, salt and baking powder, and blend with milk and vanilla. Pour mixture over the melted margarine/butter. Spread peaches over this and sprinkle with other cup of sugar mixed with cinnamon. Bake 1 hour. Crust will magically appear and cover entire surface of cobbler.

  1. Definitely will try your recipe for peach cobbler. Mine is similar, I call it "One of a Kind" because it's one of each....
    1 C Flour (self rising or add baking powder and salt to regular flour)
    1 C Sugar
    1 C milk
    1 can peaches, sliced
    Mix together and pour into pan with
    1 stick of butter melted
    Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour.
