Pico de Gallo

Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes or 4 Roma tomatoes finely diced
1 large onion finely diced
1 cup chopped cilantro
1 Serrano pepper minced with seeds removed
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup of lemon or lime juice (whichever you prefer)
2 teaspoons Splenda artificial sweetner
1/2 teaspoon cumin
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Mix all ingredients and chill for 2-3 hours before serving.
