This is delicious over Chicken, Fish or Pasta
Ingredients:
1 bunch of fresh cilantro chopped (about 2 cups)
4 large cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 tbsp pine nuts
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp Boscoli Italian Olive Salad
Juice from a Key lime (about 2 tablespoons)
1/4 cup water
Directions:
Place all ingredients in food processor reserving the water and oil for later. Add the water and pulse until well mixed. Slowly add the olive oil and pulse until creamy. Adjust salt to taste.
